IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes there is plenty of parking available at the front of the Beehive Lane Business centre, Studio 3D is just a short walk away
ARE THERE SHOWERS AND CHANGING FACILITIES?
There are toilets available, however no changing facilities are available.
WHAT EQUIPMENT WILL I NEED?
We advise members to bring their own mats to remain compliant with COVID guidelines. All of our classes are equipment free.
WHAT CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR SHOULD I WEAR?
Comfortable clothing and supporting footwear are recommended. The studio is fully air conditioned and classes are designed to build up a good sweat so bring along a sweat towel and water
ARE CLASSES SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS?
ABSOLUTELY! All classes are suitable for all levels. To help you get started check out our Video page which has a host of Getting Started Videos
WHEN DO BOOKINGS OPEN?
You can book your class 7 days in advance of the class
HOW MUCH ARE CLASSES?
Classes are available to purchase on a Pay as You Go basis or you can make savings by purchasing a clock of 5 or 10 classes. We also have an option for Unlimited classes. Check out our Pricing page for more details
HOW DO I BOOK A CLASS?
Bookings can be made either via our website or we recommend that you download the Fit app and book via the Evisa Fit option.

WILL I HAVE FUN?

I HAVE PARTICIPATED IN LES MILLS CLASSES AT ANOTHER GYM - WILL THE CLASSES BE THE SAME?
All of our classes are delivered by fully certified Les Mills instructors and deliver official class formats from Les Mills. The choreography and music changes every three months however the essence of the programs remain the same
HOW DO I CANCEL A BOOKING?
Class bookings can be cancelled up to 60 minutes before the class start time without any charge. Class bookings cancelled within 60 minutes will be charged the single class rate or removed from your class bundles
WHAT HAPPENS IF I TURN UP LATE?
Classes are expected to be busy with waiting lists. If you miss the start time of the class the place will be allocated to a space on the waiting list
DO I NEED TO SIGN A CONTRACT?
There are no contracts or ongoing commitment, We think that you will love the classes and instructors and keep coming back for more
HOW DO I PAY FOR CLASSES?
Payment can be made via the website or app via a debit card or Apple Pay
